Le Petit Bistro

We've got a lot of stuff going on today. My good friend LauraGenia Viper and fellow blogger at Laura's Lair have been talking about doing a collaborative blog post for a while now, so we've finally decided to put that thought into action. Laura, her partner Kirk, and I pose for the camera in today's post!

Nestled at the edge of the forest is a quaint little place to relax and grab a cup of coffee. What is this place you may ask? Well, its Le Petit Bistro.

Le Petit Bistro by Serenity Style will be at The Gacha Mania event until March 15th. At L$70 per play, you have the possibility to receive any of the 8 common items and 1 rare item.

The trees in the pictures are by Little Branch. Little Branch has two sets of trees out right now at two separate events, so please do stop by both and check them out. The first set will be at Cosmopolitan until March 2nd and the second set will be at The Fantasy Collective until March 13th. All items are priced at L$386.

A Hard Day's Work

Sometimes after a long day at work, you just gotta lay down and relax. Kaerri makes that task an extremely simple one with her line of furniture.

After mixing and matching items from two of Kaerri's furniture sets, I came up with this simple, yet warm and inviting living room setup.  The textures and materials used within these items are outstanding, which makes them look quite realistic. It's So White As Snow

We're deep into the midst of winter here in the northern hemisphere, so today I want to present to you an awesome outfit which is perfect for just that - You know, the time of year where "its so white as snow"!

Here we have a complete outfit by FashionNatic which includes a shirt with jacket, pants, and shoes. Many different color options can be made with this outfit through the use of the provided texture hud. Switch between two different colors for the pants and a plethora of colors for the jacket/shirt combo through the color pallet. The shoes come with a resizer script, which is great for many different foot sizes!

I've decided to pair this outfit with hair from Damselfly. This hair is Brock, a unisex style that I got from the December 2014 KittyCatS Advent Calendar. Unfortunately no texture hud is provided for the beanie, but its still an excellent hairstyle for many different outfits.

For the finishing touch, I decided to throw some glasses by Bad Unicorn into the mix. Now, I'm not one to normally wear glasses, but I think they are an excellent accessory here. They come with a tinted and non tinted option as well as a resizer script, so you've got choices!
